ProCare Staffing Solutions was founded in Baltimore in 2016 by two nursing leaders who believed staffing agencies could — and should — be clinical partners, not brokers.
Our story
Care is a team sport.
After decades in Maryland hospitals, our founders saw the same pattern: brilliant clinicians burning out because of scheduling chaos, and nursing offices strained by agencies that treated placements as line items. ProCare exists to fix both ends of that equation.
Today we support more than 90 facilities across the state — from academic medical centers in Baltimore to community hospitals on the Eastern Shore.
